CounselEAR

INITIAL CONFIGURATION

The scanner will need to be configured the first time you scan a document into CounselEAR for each computer with a scanner. 

COMPATIBILITY

Determine if scanners are TWAIN compatible, which allows you to scan directly into CounselEAR. You can search your scanner make/model and TWAIN to see if it is compatible.

Steps

Navigate to Administration -> Clinic Documents

Select Device Upload -> Scan

You will be prompted to download and install the driver.
